RedGo Food Delivery Cancellation Policy
At RedGo, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable food delivery experience for our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. Below are the terms and conditions regarding cancellations:

1. Order Cancellation Before Confirm Order:
You can cancel your order Before Confirm the Order.

If the order is already being prepared or dispatched for delivery, Then no cacellation.

2. Order Cancellation After Delivery Dispatch:
Once the delivery process has begun (i.e., when the order is out for delivery), cancellations are not possible.

In cases where a cancellation request is made post-dispatch, the customer may be required to pay for the full order, including any applicable delivery fees.

3. Refund Policy:
For orders canceled within the allowed window a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Special Circumstances:
If the cancellation is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or missing items), we will issue a full refund and provide a solution for the inconvenience caused.


5. How to Cancel an Order:
Via App: You can cancel the order directly through the RedGo app by navigating to the "Order History" section and selecting the cancellation option.

Customer Support: If you're unable to cancel through the app, you can contact our customer support team via phone or email to request the cancellation.

6. Non-Cancellable Items:
Certain special or promotional items may be non-refundable or non-cancellable, as specified during the ordering process. These will be clearly marked in the app at checkout.

7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
RedGo reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via the app or email.
